Application

Qingzhou’s MNS power distribution cabinet,MNS type low-voltage withdraw-type complete switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switch cabinet), the product conforms to the national standard GB7251 VDE660 and ZBK36001-89 low-voltage withdraw-type complete switchgear IEC439 provisions of the MNS type low-voltage switchgear adapt to a variety of power supply, Power distribution needs, can be widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, buildings, hotels, municipal construction and other low-voltage distribution systems. The MNS system is full complied with GB7251.1, IEC 439-1, EN 60 439-1, VDE 0660 part 500, BS 5486 Part 1 and UTE 63-410.

Service Environment of MNS Series Low Voltage Switchgear:
a) Air temperature: Maximum temperature: +40℃; Minimum temperature:-5℃; +35℃ average over 24 hours.
b) Humidity: Monthly average humidity 50% in clear air with the maximum +40℃; Higher relative humidity is permitted in lower temperature. For example, the relative humidity is 90% for the temperature of +20℃. Variety of temperature should be taken into consideration of moisture.
c) Altitude above sea level: Maximum installation altitude: 2000m or more higher;

Note: Adaption to other ambient temperatures is possible under consideration of the reduction factors. It must be ensured that indoor conditions are maintained for the place of installation. Moisture condensation on the switchgear components must be prevented by suitable measures such as heating and/or ventilation. Installation up to 1000 m above sea level for higher locations the reduction factors has to be taken into consideration.

Extreme Conditions of MNS Series Low Voltage Switchgear:
A suitable surface treatment is applied to ensure tropicalization. With the aid of accessories and strengthened parts the RMNS system meets the safety requirements for earthquake-prone areas.

Note:

1. The current of vertical busbar is extremely up to2000A@+35℃,(+40℃with cooler) .
