Performance Features

1. High-Voltage Winding Structure: The high-voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylindrical, continuous, and connected continuous structures, improving the distribution of impact forces on the windings.
2. Low-Voltage Winding Structure: For capacities ranging from 630kVA to 3150kVA, the low-voltage windings use cylindrical, spiral, and continuous structures, offering high mechanical strength, balanced ampere-turn distribution, and strong short-circuit resistance.
3. Transportation and Fastening: The device is equipped with positioning mechanisms to prevent displacement during transport. Additionally, all fasteners are secured with lock nuts to ensure that they remain tightly fastened during long-term operation, meeting the requirement of no core lifting.
4. Core Material and Construction: The transformer core is made from high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, assembled in an all-slanted joint manner. The transformer is vacuum oil-impregnated.
5. Surface Treatment: The product’s surface undergoes oil and rust removal, phosphating treatment, and is coated with a primer, making it maintenance-free and able to meet the special requirements for use in metallurgy, petrochemical systems, and humid or dirty environments. The entire product series features a compact design, attractive appearance, and minimal installation area, making it an ideal maintenance-free solution.
