Project Overview:
QZ Switchgear provided a full turnkey package of MV and LV power distribution equipment for a strategic logistics hub adjacent to Al Maktoum International Airport. The system covers 4 indoor substations and supports 24/7 operation of high-reliability users such as cold-chain warehouses, data centers, and EV charging facilities.

Medium Voltage Side
KYN28-12 panels equipped with VS1 vacuum circuit breakers
Each substation includes Incomer, Transformer Panel, Bus Coupler, and Capacitor Switching
IEC62271-200 Type-Tested Panels with CT, PT, and protection relay systems (ABB REF615)
Transformer Section
8 sets of 1600kVA dry-type transformers, Class F insulation, Dyn11 vector group
Vacuum cast resin, suitable for indoor use with low partial discharge
Compliant with IEC60076 and DEWA standard for Dubai region

GCS withdrawable panels with MCC, lighting, and feeder sections
Reactive power compensation panels equipped with detuned reactors
