Application

A dry-type transformer is a type of transformer in which both the core and windings are not immersed in insulating liquid. Our dry-type transformers are designed in accordance with IEC international standards and current national standards. We mainly produce dry-type transformers rated at 35kV and below.

High-Quality Resin-Encapsulated Low-Voltage Windings: The low-voltage windings are made with foil-type wound structures using high-quality imported copper foil. The high-voltage windings use a “stepped” segmented layer structure and are epoxy resin encapsulated. The design has low inter-layer voltage and strong overvoltage resistance capability.
Premium Quality Core: The core uses high-quality imported cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, processed using fully automated core cutting lines. The core features a 45-degree all-slanted joint structure. The core column is tightly bound with a special binding technique, and the surface is coated with anti-rust paint to prevent moisture, rust, and reduce noise effectively.
